The Surprising Story Connection We Just Discovered in AHS Lore

It was going to happen sooner or later, folks. No doubt. After all, American Horror Story never followed a linear plot work, complete with seasons representing unique story lines and only utilizing the same group of actors. That worked just fine for me. But this surprising turn blew me away:

Lady Gaga's Wood Witch in "Roanoke" Is Actually the First Supreme Witch of the Coven from Season 3!

Talk about coming full circle.... It's true, and it's been confirmed by Murphy himself. If you've seen the creepy witch Gaga plays in Roanoke's current episodes, you wouldn't know off-hand that this character is, in fact, an ancestor of the infamous coven of witches led by one Jessica Lange's character in season 3 of American Horror Story.

Clever.

This puts an excellent spin and an inter-connectivity to the entire show, one aspect I hope they explore even more. I'd love to see these storylines merge in certain ways, and it had been alluded to a long time ago. But now we're seeing it for real.

Now If Only We Can Figure Out How Evan Peter's Gay European Ghost Character Relates to the Rest of the Seasons....

Maybe we're stretching that one. But you never know! Lots of clever stuff Ryan Murphy and writers are doing with this horror brand.

ONE MORE NOTE: Finn Wittrock and Taissa Farmiga will also be showing up in "Roanoke" very soon.... The reveal is being teased as the most f*cked-up character ever for Wittrock, apparently.

Potentially very good. See below. It turns out that the announcement is official according to the Carrie Bradshaw of the Sanderson bunch (Sarah Jessica Parker): there will be a "Hocus Pocus" sequel, premiering on Disney+.
