STRANGER THINGS Is the First Streaming Series to Receive a Comic Book Adaptation

You're not surprised, we know.... It was going to happen sooner or later given Netflix's wildly popular flagship show taking names and demogorgons into the Upside Down with a vengeance (even with a novel coming out), and rest assured: this comic book won't be a lackluster secondhand production:

Netflix Has Announced a Team-Up With Dark Horse Comics to Bring the Comic Series to Life

It'll be a 4-issue miniseries written by Jody Houser, illustrated by Stefano Martino, inked by Keith Champaign, colored by Lauren Affe, and lettered by Nate Piekos. Before you start thinking that this is a re-hash of what you already know about the Hawkins, IN, gang, think again:

The miniseries will explore and detail exactly what happened to Mr. Will Byers while trapped in the Upside Down, specifically during season 1 of STRANGER THINGS! Because, as you know, we literally saw nothing of the guy in that first season -- this comic book miniseries will bring that to light.

Expect the STRANGER THINGS Comic Book Miniseries to Debut on September 26th, 2018

But just for kicks, we've included some killer teases:
