Despite the continued delays, THQ Nordic and developer Experiment 101’s Biomutant is still very much alive, and heading towards the home stretch of its development. In fact, Experiment 101 recently released a brand-new Gameplay trailer with almost ten minutes of new gameplay.
As for the game’s development, in a recent interview with IGN during its Summer of Gaming event, Biomutant‘s creative director, Stefan Ljungqvist, stated that the game is “at end phase of development”. Ljungqvist continued, saying that a massive game like Biomutant will have obstacles, both technical and artistic, which the team has had to overcome. “But at this stage of the product, we’re cleaning out, we’re squashing bugs, and trying to make these end decisions on making sure that the player understands what to do.”
Biomutant is scheduled for release across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
