Announced earlier in the summer, the family-friendly Halloween classic Hocus Pocus is coming to 4K Ultra HD this Halloween season, and Best Buy is getting an exclusive Steelbook.
Both the standard 4K edition and the Steelbook release are now up for pre-order, coming out on September 15. You can check out the artwork for both releases down below.
Kenny Ortega directed the 1993 film, co-written by Mick Garris.
“After three centuries, three witch sisters are resurrected in Salem, Massachusetts on Halloween night, and it is up to two teenagers, a young girl, and an immortal cat to put an end to their reign of terror once and for all.”
Special features include deleted scenes, fun facts and trivia, cast and crew commentary, concept art and storyboards, behind the scenes secrets and a 1993 production featurette.
On a related note, Disney+ is also developing a sequel to Hocus Pocus, and there’s a good chance Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy will all be back.
