Limited Physical Edition of ‘Darkwood’ Available Later This Month For Nintendo Switch

Switch fans will have an opportunity to revisit 2017’s Darkwood (check out our thoughts), as developer Acid Wizard Studio is teaming up with Super Rare Games to bring a limited physical edition of the game to Nintendo’s console.

Available for pre-order right now, the physical edition of Darkwood will set you back $34.92 USD, and will be limited to 5000 copies only. The game will include some extra goodies for those who snag a copy, including a full-colour manual, an exclusive sticker, and a three-card trading card pack. The game itself is expected to ship later this October.

Available also on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam, Darkwood is an atmospheric, psychological horror game where you try to survive in a procedurally-generated world. Viewed through a top-down perspective, you must forage for items, craft weapons, and fortify hideouts by day in order to fend off hordes of creatures lurking in the woods by night.
