For many, the first introduction to the world and characters of Ghostbusters came not from the live-action movies but rather the animated shows they spawned. We’re of course talking about the ’80s animated series “The Real Ghostbusters” and the ’90s animated series “Extreme Ghostbusters,” kid-friendly frights that are now being officially uploaded to YouTube!
It was announced by the official Ghostbusters account on Twitter this month that classic episodes of “The Real Ghostbusters” will be uploaded to the official Ghostbusters YouTube channel on Saturdays, with episodes of “Extreme Ghostbusters” arriving on Wednesdays.
At the time of this writing, the pilot episode of “The Real Ghostbusters” is now streaming for free on YouTube, with the pilot episode of “Extreme Ghostbusters” arriving later today.
