It’s fitting that this new Pure Arts bust shows up today, given that Resident Evil had its 25th anniversary on Monday. That being said, you might want to take out a loan for this one.
Pure Arts has activated the pre-orders for this life-sized bust of the Licker from the Resident Evil 2 remake, and it’s glorious. Set for release in the Fourth Quarter of 2021, and standing over 17″ tall, the bust features an extended tongue, and a removable knife that’s can be embedded in its chest. The statue is limited to 666 pieces for the Standard Edition, and 100 Exclusive Edition pieces. The only difference is that with the Exclusive Version, you get a signed art print. The statue is priced at $899.
Still, it’s cheaper than Chris Redfield’s jacket from Resident Evil Village, which will be arriving May 7, 2021 for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series and Xbox One.
