For those PC gamers wondering when 4A Games’ enhanced version of Metro Exodus will arrive, mark May 6 on your calendar. 4A Games and publisher Deep Silver have announced that the upgraded version of their hit sci-fi horror shooter will be available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG next month.
This upgraded version is so extensive that it will require a Ray Tracing capable GPU as the minimum spec, so save up those pennies if you haven’t already done so. Those who already own Metro Exodus on PC will receive the Enhanced Edition as a free upgrade.
Metro Exodus is also available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG. The enhanced PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions are due out later this year, and will also be free upgrades.
