Return to Oddworld in ‘Oddworld: Soulstorm’ Launch Trailer

Fans of the Oddworld series can finally dig into Oddworld: Soulstorm today on PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 (the latter of which has the game available for free this month). As is the way these days, to coincide with the title’s release, developer Oddworld Inhabitants has released a launch trailer for Soulstorm.

Here’s an overview of the game, courtesy of Oddworld Inhabitants:

“Picking up from the events of Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty, Abe is now a savior of the Mudokons, having liberated them from RuptureFarms. “However, you will learn that revolutions start small, but real and lasting change requires the power of many and the power of hope. And that opposing forces will use every means at their well-funded disposal, from propaganda to brute force, to beat back even the smallest uprising.”

Those looking for a physical version of Oddworld: Soulstorm can expect the game on July 6 for PS4 and PS5. An Xbox One version is expected at a later date.
