“The Walking Dead”: The Show’s FINAL Season Begins in August [Teaser]

With Season 10 now officially wrapped up with last night’s “Here’s Negan,” the road to the eleventh and *final* season of AMC’s “The Walking Dead” has officially been paved. And the road won’t be a very long one, as we’ve learned Season 11 is premiering this coming August.

The Final Season will begin on August 22, 2021. Watch a teaser below.

“The Walking Dead” will be ending with an expanded two-year eleventh season that will span 24 episodes, bringing the long-running AMC series to an end sometime in 2022.

Additionally, we learned last year that a Daryl/Carol (starring Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride) spinoff series is in the works for 2023 premiere, alongside a “Tales of the Walking Dead” spinoff series, billed as “an episodic anthology with individual episodes or arcs of episodes focused on new or existing characters, backstories or other stand-alone experiences.”
