The John Krasinski-directed sequel A Quiet Place Part II is *finally* coming to theaters Memorial Day Weekend, May 28, 2021, and as promised, the final trailer has arrived today.
Running just under two-minutes, the final trailer mostly features footage we’ve already seen, along with some new bits including origin story elements featuring Krasinski’s character.
Most notably, this trailer also features the first rave reviews for the sequel. Find it below, along with a new featurette that promises a scary ride built for experiencing on the big screen.
A third installment, meanwhile, is already in the works.
“Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.”
Part II is rated PG-13 for “terror, violence and bloody/disturbing images.”
