Nowhere to hide. No one to trust. No way to know who’s next.
As we learned yesterday, the intense zombie series “Black Summer” is headed back to Netflix for its second season this summer, arriving on the streaming service on June 17, 2021.
While we wait for the Season 2 trailer, a batch of first-look images have been released today, teasing the frigid cold winter setting that should give the new season a whole new vibe.
As for the zombies, well, they’re hungrier than ever…

Set in the dark, early days of a zombie apocalypse, “Black Summer” stars Jaime King as Rose, a mother torn from her daughter who embarks upon a harrowing journey to find her.
“Thrust alongside a small group of American refugees, these complete strangers must find the strength they need to fight their way back to loved ones. But in order for Rose and her team to brave this hostile new world, they will need to make brutal decisions to contend with zombies – and each other.” It looks like the second season picks up where the first left off.
