We don’t yet know all that much about the collaboration but it looks like Rob Zombie and John 5 have put together a new supergroup, and they’re going by the name L.A. Rats!
The band also includes Nikki Sixx (Mötley Crüe) and drummer Tommy Clufetos (Black Sabbath), and they’re debuting with the track “I’ve Been Everywhere” tomorrow, May 21st.
The song is actually off the official soundtrack for Netflix’s upcoming Liam Neeson starring action-thriller The Ice Road, which will be coming to the streaming service on June 25th.
In The Ice Road, “After a remote diamond mine collapses in far northern Canada, a ‘big-rig’ ice road driver (Neeson) must lead an impossible rescue mission over a frozen ocean to save the trapped miners. Contending with thawing waters and a massive storm, they discover the real threat is one they never saw coming.” You can check out the movie’s official trailer below.
Come on back here tomorrow to listen to “I’ve Been Everywhere” from the L.A. Rats!
