Sony are continuing their expansion of their once console-exclusive properties to PC by bringing Uncharted 4 into the mix.
While nothing official has been announced, during Sony Group’s Investor Relations Day presentations, a slide from their “Game & Network Services Segment” let slip that Naughty Dog’s Uncharted 4 will be headed to PC in the future. Uncharted 4‘s logo can be seen on the “New Growth Vectors: PlayStation Studios” slide of the presentation, next to Days Gone (which has recently been released to Steam), alongside the phrase “more PC releases planned.”
One can start to speculate just what other Sony properties are headed to PC, though God of War comes to mind immediately, given the long-standing rumours that it would see a PC port at some point. Whether that will come to fruition is up to Sony, after all.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End first launched for PlayStation 4 in May 2016. The upcoming film adaptation, directed by Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland, Venom) and starring Tom Holland, is set for release February 11, 2022.
