Trick ‘r Treat Action Figure from Trick or Treat Studios
Sam from Trick ‘r Treat is getting a deluxe 1:6 scale action figure from Trick or Treat Studios. Due out in March 2023, it stands 10″ tall and features over 30 points of articulation. Pre-orders are open for $199.99 with free shipping.
Sculpted by Alexander Ray, Sam comes with two interchangeable heads (masked an unmasked), six interchangeable hands, two lollipops (bitten and not), razor candy bar, trick or treat bag, light-up flaming jack o’lantern, and a sidewalk base that measures 7.5″ deep and 5.5″ wide. It’s packaged in a window box with opening flap.
Terrifier Shirt from Terror Threads
Celebrate Terrifier 2’s theatrical release with new Terrifier merchandise from Terror Threads. Yannick Bouchard created a menacing take on Art the Clown while also highlighting Tara, who’s ready to fight for her life. Available on T-shirts for $30, hoodies for $50, and 18×24 prints $20, they’re expected to ship the week of October 30.
Children Shouldn’t Play with Dead Things 4K UHD from VCI
Children Shouldn’t Play with Dead Things is celebrating its 50th anniversary on 4K Ultra HD, releasing on October 25 from VCI Entertainment. The 1972 zombie cult classic has been newly restored.
Bob Clark (Black Christmas, A Christmas Story) directs from a script he co-wrote with Alan Ormsby (Cat People). Ormsby also stars with Valerie Mamches, Jeff Gillen, Anya Ormsby, Paul Cronin, Jane Daly, Roy Engleman, Robert Philip, and Seth Sklarey.
Special features include a new introduction and Q&A with Ormsby, a feature-length documentary titled Dreaming of Death: Bob Clark’s Horror Films, an audio commentary with Ormsby, a booklet with liner notes, and more.
This Halloween, you can stomp around in Godzilla masks from Super 7. Officially licensed from Toho, the line includes retro-style masks of Godzilla alongside famous foes Hedorah and Mechagodzilla. Priced at $20, each vacuform mask features an elastic strap and is packaged in a vintage-inspired box.
Tom Atkins Shirt from Little Shop of Gore
Tom Atkins is an undisputed national treasure, and Little Shop of Gore’s new design pays tribute to two of his most iconic roles: Night of the Creeps’ badass Detective Cameron and Halloween III’s amorous Dr. Challis. It’s available on T-shirts ($28) and sweatshirts ($33), which will ship in one-two weeks.
