5 of This Week’s Coolest Horror Collectibles Including ‘Kids vs. Aliens’ on Blu-ray!

Killer Collectibles highlights five of the most exciting new horror products announced each and every week, from toys and apparel to artwork, records, and much more.

Here are the coolest horror collectibles unveiled this week!

Puppet Master III: Toulon’s Revenge 4K UHD from Full Moon Features

It’s atypical for an old franchise to debut on a new format with anything but the original, but Puppet Master III: Toulon’s Revenge is the fan-favorite installment. Full Moon Features will release the 1991 direct-to-video prequel on 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray on February 24.

David DeCoteau (Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama) directs from a script by C. Courtney Joyner (Class of 1999). Guy Rolfe, Sarah Douglas, Walter Gotell, Ian Abercrombie, Kristopher Logan, Aron Eisenberg, Matthew Faison, and Richard Lynch star.

Puppet Master III is presented in 4K with HDR and DTS-HD 5.1 and 2.0 sound options. Special features include a commentary by DeCoteau and Joyner, making-of featurette, original Videozone featurette, vintage action figure commercial, and trailers.

Burning Godzilla Light-up Statue from FYE

Godzilla seems to find its way into Killer Collectibles a lot, but I can’t help that the King of the Monsters is so versatile in merchandising! Case in point: this Burning Godzilla light-up statue based on Godzilla vs. Destoroyah. Available exclusively at FYE for $79.99, it features LED lights that illuminate the flames.

Scare Package II: Rad Chad’s Revenge Blu-ray from RLJE Films

Scare Package II: Rad Chad’s Revenge will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on April 11 via RLJE Films. The horror-comedy anthology sequel is currently streaming on Shudder.

From directors Aaron B. Koontz (Scare Package), Alexandra Barreto, Anthony Cousins (Scare Package), Jed Shepherd (Host), and Rachele Wiggins, it stars Zoe Graham, Jeremy King, Rich Sommer, Shakira Ja’nai Paye, Kelli Maroney, Graham Skipper, Maria Olsen, Steph Barkley, Barbara Bingham, Chelsea Grant, Byron Brown, Jemma Moore, and Caroline Ward.

Special features include a director commentary, making-of featurette, bloopers and outtakes, Spot the Reference with the Help of Horror Icons, Rad Chad’s Rad Ad Hijacked, and Most of the Best Parts in 90 Seconds.

Kids vs. Aliens Blu-ray from RLJE Films

Jason Eisener (Hobo with a Shotgun) turned his V/H/S/2 segment “Slumber Party Alien Abduction” into a feature with Kids vs. Aliens. Currently on VOD, the film will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on March 28 via RLJE Films.

Eisener co-wrote the script with frequent collaborator John Davies (Hobo with a Shotgun, V/H/S/2). Dominic Mariche, Phoebe Rex, Calem MacDonald, Asher Grayson, and Jonathan Torrens star. Bloody Disgusting produced the picture.

Special features include an audio commentary by Eisener, making-of featurette, storyboards, and the trailer.

Return of the Living Dead Print from Matthew Therrien & Dismay Design

As you may recall, Matthew Therrien and Dismay Design collaborated on a Friday the 13th Part III print last year. They’ve teamed up again for The Return of the Living Dead. Dismay tackled the background, while Therrien added Tarman in the foreground. 16×24 giclee prints, limited to 100, are available for $45.
