Skinner, the eye-catching, brain-melting artist behind Bloody FM’s podcast Skin Crawl, is dusting off that card table in your parents’ basement for his latest horror venture.
Already funded via BackerKit in a mere 24 hours, Realm Runners is an old-school board game from renowned visionary artist Skinner and game design wizard Jason Furie!
Skinner previews the 2-4 player tabletop horror game, “Welcome to Realm Runners — Survive the realms. Destroy the gods. And get back home. No matter the cost! Featuring fast-paced competitive co-op gameplay with high levels of player interaction.”
Realm Runners is “brimming with top-notch game components and detailed miniatures,” featuring 100+ new psychedelic drawings from Skinner. It’s said to be “casual rules-lite gameplay perfect for newcomers to the hobby,” with “enough variety and strategy for seasoned gamers.”
The base components that come with every edition – such as the Base Edition ($69), the Deluxe Edition ($89), the Gamer Edition ($150), and the Epic Loot Edition ($300) – include:
