Version 1.0 of ‘Terminus: Zombie Survivors’ Now Available [Trailer]

The long wait for the full launch of Terminus: Zombie Survivors is finally here. Exiting Early Access after nearly four years, version 1.0 is now available, with a limited-time 20% discount on Steam until August 31.

“We want to extend our deepest thanks to all the players who have supported us throughout Early Access,” reads the news update from the Longplay Studios team. “Since its launch in March 2021, the game has undergone countless changes. Thanks to your participation and feedback, we’ve added special zombies, various endings, unique and large locations, NPC quests, numerous crafting and cooking recipes, and much more. We’ve also made significant improvements like Steam Deck Verified status, controller support, and a macOS port.”

Here’s a full rundown of the updates for version 1.0:

• Expanded Crafting and Cooking: Discover and utilize hundreds of new recipes for strategic resource management.

• Full Controller Support: Enjoy seamless gameplay across different platforms with full controller integration.
• Visual and Animation Upgrades: Experience the post-apocalyptic world with improved pixel art and richer animations.

The road doesn’t end here for Terminus: Zombie Survivors, either. The dev team plans on “continuing the development” of the game, and looking forward to fans’ support.

Terminus: Zombie Survivors is a turn-based survival roguelike set against the backdrop of a zombie apocalypse. Weeks have passed since the zombie virus took hold of humanity, and most of the population has already been infected. As one of the few remaining survivors, you must finally venture out to join up with the other survivors at the Terminus. Battle your way through hunger, frigid temperatures, and ravenous zombies to make it to the Terminus, escape the city through various means, or even develop a vaccine.
