Nintendo Switch users will finally have the Complete Edition of The Farm 51’s dark sci-fi title Chernobylite next month. After launching on Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation and Xbox earlier this year, Chernobylite: Complete Edition will land on the Nintendo eShop on December 13.
For those that missed it, Chernobylite: Complete Edition will include the full base game + all free content updates to date, including extra story missions, new locations, additional weapons, unique game modes and more. That includes Season 4, which was released earlier this year:
- Farewell, My Doll – Experience new events on the map, with the creepy dolls taking center stage. If their mere presence in the basic version of Chernobylite unsettled you, we dread to think what attractions they might have in store for you in the Zone…
- I Am Your Hero – Collect all the photos of Tatyana scattered around the Zone and unlock the possibility of watching VHS tapes with fairy tales in Igor’s room. And not just any fairy tales – these are fairy tales based on Ukrainian folklore.
- Tour Around the Zone – A brand-new game mode. Explore familiar locations without the stress and fear of being attacked. Collect notes and talk to scientists to learn more about the history and curiosities of Chernobyl and the events that took place almost 40 years ago.
Chernobylite is a sci-fi Survival Horror RPG, where you must venture into the wasteland of Chernobyl’s Exclusion Zone, as Igor, a physicist and ex-employee of the Chernobyl Power Plant. Return to Pripyat to investigate the mysterious disappearance of your fiancée, 30 years after the infamous disaster.
The sequel, Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone, was announced earlier this year, and is in development for a 2025 release.
