Four More Join Latest ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’

Don’t cross the Fisherman.

More victims have been added to the upcoming sequel to I Know What You Did Last Summer according to a report on Deadline. Lola Tung, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Austin Nichols and Gabbriette have rounded out the cast of Sony Pictures’ highly anticipated sequel to the 90s slasher flick.

They join previously announced cast members Chase Sui Wonders, Madelyn Cline, Sarah Pidgeon, Tyriq Withers and Jonah Haur-King with Freddie Prinze Jr. set to reprise role and the original film’s star Jennifer Love Hewitt is in talks to return.

Jennifer Kaytin Robinson is directing the follow-up to the horror film franchise, which is written by Sam Lansky and Kaytin Robinson off a draft by Leah McKendrick.

Directed by Jim Gillespie, I Know What You Did Last Summer debuted on October 17, 1997. The film starred Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillippe, Freddie Prinze Jr., Johnny Galecki and Bridgette Wilson. It went on to earn $125.3 million at the box office against a budget of $17 million.
