Developer Rebel Wolves to Reveal ‘The Blood of Dawnwalker’ Next Month [Teaser]

Bandai Namco and developer Rebel Wolves have announced that they will host a reveal event for their in-development dark fantasy RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker, formerly announced as Dawnwalker back in January. The event will be streamed on January 13, 2025 at 4 p.m. ET.

As the post on X states, the event will include the premiere of a CGI trailer serving as the game’s opening, as well as an opportunity for fans to learn about the game’s pillars and main concepts, have a tiny first glimpse into its gameplay, and much more.

Rebel Wolves is made up of former developers at CD Projekt Red, who had previously worked on on The Witcher series, as well as Cyberpunk 2077. When The Blood of Dawnwalker was initially announced at the beginning of this year, the game had entered the alpha stage of development.

At the time, Rebel Wolves’ Creative Director, Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz, stated that the team was aiming to “deliver an experience [with The Blood of Dawnwalker] that will allow for a variety of choices and room for experimentation when replayed.” The game is described as being a single-player open-world title, with a strong focus on story and narrative.

The Blood of Dawnwalker is currently being developed for PC, PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series.
