Killer Collectibles highlights five of the most exciting new horror products announced each and every week, from toys and apparel to artwork, records, and much more.
Here are the coolest horror collectibles unveiled this week!
John Carpenter, Dario Argento, David Lynch Beanies from Inked Up Merch
Many filmmakers have a trademark, but John Carpenter, Dario Argento, and David Lynch are among the few directors that have a signature font.
Inked Up Merch embroidered their “Directed By” credits from Halloween, Suspiria, and “Twin Peaks,” respectively, on beanies. They’re $18 each.
Jennifer’s Body Shirt from Cavity Colors
As much as I love ostentatious horror garb, I also appreciate subtle references that only hardcore fans will catch.
Cavity Colors’ Aaron Crawford created a shirt for Low Shoulder, the fictional band from Jennifer’s Body, that captures scrappy indie rock style circa 2009.
T-shirts ($30) and Comfort Colors tees ($34) are up for pre-orders until January 28 and will ship the week of February 28.
If you prefer more traditional Jennifer’s Body designs, Cavity Colors has a couple of those up for grabs as well.
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm Vinyl from Mondo
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm‘s soundtrack is available on vinyl for the first time via Mondo. The score is composed by Shirley Walker (“Batman: The Animated Series,” Final Destination).
Priced at $35, the album is pressed on 140-gram “Phantasm Smoke” colored vinyl. It’s housed in a gatefold jacket featuring artwork by Danny Haas and Jordan Christianson.
Pieces Tumbler from Grindhouse Releasing
Grindhouse Releasing’s Pieces tumbler is exactly what you think it is!
Laser-etched with an indelible image from 1982 cult classic slasher, the 20-ounce, stainless steel beverage container features double-wall vacuum insulation with a clear lid.
It keeps drinks cold for over 24 hours and fluids hot for up to eight hours, plus it’s dishwasher safe.
It’s $29.99, but enter the code CASANOVA at checkout to save 25% (bringing the price down to $22.50) through January 25.
Horror author (and former Dread Central writer) Matt Serafini will publish Feeders in paperback, e-book, and audio book on May 20 via Gallery Books.
The 416-page darkly satirical supernatural thriller follows a would-be influencer whose dreams of online fame spiral into nightmare territory when she encounters a mysterious social media platform.
