‘Jack the Ripper’ Comedy Now in Production with Charlotte Kirk, Katie Price, James Phelps

Jack the Ripper, a comedic spoof of the notorious serial killer, is currently in production in London, Deadline reports.

Charlotte Kirk (The Reckoning), Jamie Lomas (“EastEnders”), Katie Price (Sharknado: Global Swarming), Kimberly Wyatt (of the Pussycat Dolls), and James Phelps (Harry Potter franchise) are leading the cast.

The ensemble also includes Chloe Meadows, Gary Webster, Sophie Rankin, Perry Bensen (This Is England), Amber Doig-Thorne (Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey), Martin Sherwood, and Chrissie Wunna.

Set in London’s Whitechapel district in 1888, Lottie (Kirk) finds herself plagued by the infamous Jack The Ripper (Lomas), who is head of a secret organization known as The Court. Only one man, John Grey (Webster), stands up to the Ripper, vowing to fight against the tryanny, carnage and male oppression that is left in the court’s wake.

Cut to modern day, and a group of kick-ass female assassins, led by their leader Jackie (Kirk), plan a series of hits that will leave The Court dead in their tracks.

Michael Head (The Last Heist) is writing and directing. Frankham Films produces.
